Nancy Pietroski, PharmD, FAWM, WEMT, CTH, NR-EMT Nancy is a clinical pharmacist from Bend, Oregon. She is Executive Editor of WMS’ Wilderness Medicine Magazine and past Editor-in-Chief for the International Society of Travel Medicine News. As well, Nancy is an alpine and Nordic ski patroller, is a National Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care instructor, and volunteers for the US Forest Service. She loves reading, writing, travel and the outdoors, and has journeyed to numerous countries throughout the world on whitewater kayaking and trekking trips with her husband Dave.
