Minimum numbers, cancellation and refund policy:
- The minimum number of participants for this trip to proceed is 12, and the WMS reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum is not met by October 16, 2026. A maximum for this trip is 16. A full refund of the WMS registration fees will be provided if the WMS has to cancel the trip. We will inform you by October 16, 2026 if this trip will proceed or will need to be cancelled.
- If you cancel on or before October 16,2026 you will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after that point. The WMS cannot be responsible for any personal or travel conditions that may prevent attendance at the course.
