Group rates are available three days after the conference dates based on room type and availability. Reservations at the discounted rate are available on or before January 27, 2026 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to the Hotel's prevailing cancellation policy of forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. Any cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival will result in the charge of one (1) night's room and tax.
Hotel Parking
Self-parking - $15 per car per night
Valet parking - $40 per car per night
Ground transportation from Reno, NV - WMS does not provide ground transportation between the airport and the host hotel, but below please find additional information to make reservations.
