Full COVID-19 vaccine is required for all participants and trip leaders. Based on current CDC and WHO recommendations, a participant/trip leader is fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine. Future vaccines will follow the direction of the manufacturer for what is considered full vaccination course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The minimum number of participants for this trip is 8. The WMS will notify participants by July 16 if this number has been met and/or if this trip has been cancelled or postponed. If the WMS leadership determines canceling is in the best interest of all involved, a full refund or a credit towards a postponed trek will be issued. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the event (by August 17, 2021), you will receive a full refund minus a $360 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.
