Round Table
Welcome
to the Student Round Table information page! It is a series of student
and faculty led sessions allowing students to interact and discuss
topics such as careers in wilderness medicine, research in the field,
how to plan wilderness medicine events and lectures on your own campus,
and how to become more involved with student interest groups on a
national level. 
The Round Table often includes hands-on sessions in search and rescue techniques, wilderness first aid, survival skills and clinical workshops. If you are interested in leading one of these sessions please email us.
This event always coincides with the WMS Annual Summer and Winter conferences and is an invaluable way for students to learn more about wilderness medicine and to network with the top leaders in the field. There will also be planned social activities such as barbecues and nights out at the pub!
