Individual Membership Form: Download this form and fill it out in order to become a student member of the Wilderness Medical Society (i.e, not affilitated with a Student Interest Group). After completing the form, print it out and send it to the Wilderness Medical Society. For more information about becoming a member, go to the "New Members / Individuals" page. |
| SIG Registration Forms: Download these forms and fill them out in order to register your Student Interest Group as "active." After fully completing the forms, print them out and send them to the Wilderness Medical Society. For more information about registering your SIG, go to the "New Members / SIGs" page. |
